Complaints and Disputes
Our KidsDepot team does its utmost to make and deliver your order with great care. In the unlikely event that something is wrong with the product supplied by us or about the service, we will gladly help you as followed:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your complaint with clear photos. You will receive a written reaction (email) from our service team within 3 working days. A complaint can relate to the delivered product or to the service.
In the case of a well-founded complaint, KidsDepot proposes to resolve this. The solution will be executed within 4 weeks.
