Right of withdrawal and Returns
Not satisfied? Within 30 days after receipt of your order it is possible to revoke it.
1. Revocation period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, will physically receive the good. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of the Revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive from us all payments that you have made up to that moment, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will pay you back with the same payment method as you used to make the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may wait with refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You contact our employees via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. State your invoice number and address details in your email. You will receive a return label from the GLS. The GLS returns the goods. As soon as the item has been received well returned, undamaged and preferably packaged in the original packaging, the purchase price will be refunded. This happens within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. The costs for return are € 6,95 per package and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded on return.
In the case of large transport, return costs will be charged. These amounts are € 100,- You can send an e-mail to our employees via the e-mail address email@example.com. State your invoice number and address details in your email. You will be contacted within a few days by our logistics partner to schedule a pick-up order. If we receive the furniture well packaged, unused and undamaged return, we will refund the purchase price minus € 100,- return costs. Large transport applies if it is furniture from our KidsDepot collection that has been delivered to you with a furniture transporter, by means of a bus or truck.
3. Term of Returns
You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any case not later than 30 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
Items that are returned to us must, if possible, be provided with the original, undamaged packaging together with a copy of your proof of purchase (for example the invoice) and a fully completed return form. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. When returning to our warehouse, the carpet will be assessed and determined whether the full amount or an amount with deduction of the value reduction will be refunded to you. You will be informed by email. You will receive the amount a maximum of 14 days after the cancellation notice has been received. However, we can wait with a refund until we have recovered the carpet, or you have shown that you have returned the carpet, whichever comes first.
