ARTICLE 1 - WEBSHOP                                                                           

1.1.

The KidsDepot webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and transfers its statutory contribution to the tax authorities. Chamber of Commerce number: 08062112 VAT identification number: NL803334588B01. You will find our contact details on our website.

1.2.

Our webshop is equipped with an SLL Certificate. This means that we comply with all statutory requirements with regard to the security of your personal data and payment details. We strive for a continuous improvement of the security of your data. In case of abuse by hackers, we will file a complaint with the police.

1.3.

We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask you for permission in advance.

1.4.

We are obliged to report to the police in case of possible suspicion of abuse or fraud.

1.5.

The webshop has taken out professional liability insurance to protect itself against any unjustified liability that is claimed by a customer.

1.6.

We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have doubts about the purchase of a product, our employees are happy to help.

 

ARTICLE 2 - MATURITY

2.1.

You have 14 days to change your mind after purchasing a certain product. If you arrive within this period

If you are dissatisfied with the purchase, you can return the product to us without having to pay the product yourself. You only pay the shipping costs for returning the relevant product. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number.

2.2.

Products that are returned to us should, if possible, be provided with the original, undamaged packaging (including all accessories belonging to the article) together with the copy invoice and a fully completed return form.

To process your package as quickly as possible it is useful to follow the following tips:

• Return the item in an undamaged packaging

• In order to keep the original packaging as good as possible, it can best be packaged in a box

• Stick the address clearly on the longest side of the package

Bring the package to the post office. You will receive a proof of shipment from the post office, keep it well until the return has been fully processed. The cost of returning an item is for your own account, unless the item shows a defect. As soon as the item you have returned to us has been processed, you will receive an automatic message. We strive to finish your return as soon as possible. Our aim is to handle this within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.

Below you will find the address where you can return the package. Cut out this plane and paste this address on the longest side of the package.

ARTICLE 3 - THE AGREEMENT

3.1.

The agreement between the webshop and the customer is final when he has authorized the webshop to debit the money from his account, when the customer has paid a payment via iDEAL or Paypal, or when an invoice has been sent to the customer afterwards. After the cooling off period of 14 days has elapsed and the payment has been received by the webshop, the customer has become the owner of the relevant product.

3.2.

The agreement was created electronically, by filling in the required fields and confirming the order.

3.3.

As a customer you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the web shop. If you do not pay within the deadline, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, you will be charged. If you still have not paid the due amount after several reminders, we will hand over the collection to a collection agency.

3.4.

After you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation by email of your purchase. It contains the product that you have purchased, what it costs you and where you can go with any complaints and comments.

3.5.

We are obliged to deliver the product or article to you within 30 days, unless the delivery time is indicated differently. If due to unforeseen circumstances the article can not be delivered within this period, we will inform you accordingly.

3.6.

The delivery of products abroad can take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs charged for a shipment to an address abroad are visible to you when you purchase the product.

 

ARTICLE 4 - THE PRICE

4.1.

The prices stated on our webshop always include VAT. The costs that have to be paid for sending the product become visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart.

4.2.

If you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are obliged to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished and reported to the authorities that need to be aware of it. In addition, a report is filed with the police.

4.3.

The price mentioned with the product on the website can not change during your purchase. You pay the amount that is visible with the product and what is also confirmed to you, if you agree with the purchase electronically. The purchase price is mentioned again.

4.4.

When you purchase a product during a period in which no action applies, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

 

ARTICLE 5 - COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEE

5.1.

Complaints about the delivery must in the first instance be reported to us by email via info@coming.nl. Our employees are happy to help you. We will then contact the relevant delivery person regarding the delivery of the product. Of course, our delivery staff do their utmost to deliver the product undamaged to your home.

5.2.

Complaints about the product itself must be reported to us by email. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact you with the manufacturer or wholesaler and we will mediate for you as an intermediary. If it is within our capabilities, we will solve the problem for you.

5.3.

Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. The handling of a complaint always takes place in writing. After a complaint has been settled, you will receive a survey from us with regard to complaint handling. We kindly request you to enter it

fill it and send it back to us. We want to provide you with an excellent service at all times.

5.4.

A guarantee applies to every product that we supply to you. How long this warranty lasts depends entirely on the product. If you discover a defect or defect in one of our articles, we ask you to report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. We do not give a warranty. Any problems after washing are at your own responsibility.

5.5.

If the product breaks down within the warranty period, we will reimburse the full purchase price to you. This does not apply, however, when there is intent or intentional damage. We also kindly request you to contact your insurance company if the damage occurs after the warranty period. It is possible to claim this on the contents insurance. In both situations, a refund can not be paid without a purchase receipt. After the expiry of the guarantee period, the new value will also lapse in case of possible payment of a loss. The payment is then made on the basis of day value.
